Join a guided tour along a fascinating, albeit steep, walking trail that winds up the iconic hill of Fairview. As you walk along you will be transported by the true life stories of individuals buried within the cemetery. Hear about their triumphs, their struggles, and their lasting impact on our community.
Explore the Past
Along your journey, you will have the rare opportunity to visit the beautiful Fairview Mausoleum. You’ll also learn to “read” the stones themselves as we uncover the hidden meanings and powerful symbolism of tombstone images and architectural details found throughout the grounds.
An Evening of Remembrance and Light
As the sun dips below the horizon, the evening will culminate in a beautiful ceremony of light. We will light hundreds of luminaries across the grounds, creating a breathtaking, soulful glow.
You can participate in this tribute by purchasing a luminary in memory of a loved one—a perfect way to honor their life and memory while contributing to the beauty of the event.
Once the luminaries are lit, gather at the bottom of the hill for a stunning view of the “souls aglow” and enjoy a serene harp concert performed by the talented Cindy Depietrio

- Note: The walking trail is a steep uphill climb and requires comfortable footwear and moderate physical fitness.
