It takes a village to make the Boyertown Parade happen
We need your help to keep the Boyertown Parade happening year after year. There’s so much that needs to be done before the day of the Parade!
Subcommittees
Fundraising
Organize several events throughout the year
Coordinate vendors
Attend local street fairs
Bucket Brigade during the parade
Fundraiser Sales

Hang street closure signs
Handle port-o-potties
Manage lot logistics the night of the parade
Organize street flow
Food Crew
Request food to feed our volunteers
Coordinate efforts to make sure volunteers are fed the night of (5pm-11pm)
Organize a luncheon at a later date to honor additional volunteers
Clean Up Crew
Take down street closure signs
Make sure all barricades are dropped after the parade
Floaters
Help to relieve anyone else of their duties for bathroom breaks or wherever you may be needed.

Handle incoming registration information
Staff a registration table the night of
Social Media/Press
Handle social media posts, highlighting sponsors and parade news
Interview parade participants the night of
